Sales Support Coordinator

Basic salary of $2800 to $3200 with attractive sales commission package.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and prepare sales quotation
• Monitor open quotations and prepare weekly report for the sales person to follow-up
• Achieve sales target assigned to sales person and identify gaps to increase sales volume
• Compile daily sales leads and delegate to sales person
• Perform cold call and schedule sales appointment
• Create and process sales orders in a timely manner and process requests for rush orders
• Monitor and review pending orders with status follow-up and communicate closely with customers on updates
• Establish communication with internal team on order fulfilment and delivery arrangement
• Manage customer's feedback effectively and provide solutions on problem-solving
• Proactive engagement in maintaining excellent rapport with customers
• Monitor performance indicators and manage sales tracking tools with report compilation
• Record sales trends and work with sales person to develop sales plan & strategies
• Email marketing materials and prepare sales kit
• Prepare sales meeting agenda

• Minimum Diploma holder with 2 years working experience
• At least one year of customer service experience preferred
• Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or science-related background preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively using proper grammar in both written and verbal communications
• Clear, easily understood telephone voice required
• Resourceful, meticulous, customer-focused, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient with MS Office
• Experience with SAP B1 system will be an added advantage
• Passionate with good performance in active sales
• High level of detailed-oriented skills to support the review of contracts and quotes for completeness and accuracy
