About Our Client
Global Key Food Processing company with subsidiaries in Europe, Asia and Southern America
Sales Support
- Monitors and coordinates customer information to support sales functions
- Develops analytic reports based on marketing intelligence and provides information to the sales planning process based on knowledge of the market data
- Prepares and maintains reports for sales forecasting
- Assists with sales coordination, pricing and sales contract administration
- Coordinates sales execution with Export Services Department
- Assists in all aspects events/trade shows/conferences
- Assists with development of sales presentations
- Provides support for marketing projects utilising internal and external resources
Office Management
- Performs clerical, administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confident nature
- Answers questions and furnishes information to callers and visitors
- Schedules appointments and makes arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel
The Successful Applicant
- Background in sales or marketing environment to understand marketing practices and boost current marketing strategies
- Have business acumen to identify suitable market clients and industry trends
- Self-Starter
- Capable of analysing information, identifying insights and acting on actionable strategies
- Team player capable of working across the organisation
- Possess computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce
