Job Description


  • Manage, nurture & convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
  • Maintain well organized, up-to-date & accurate sales information & activity reports in CRM system
  • Respond to complaints from learners, internal & external customers & give after-sales support when requested
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents & communicating relevant information together with learners’ registration
  • Prepare management reports on sales performance
  • Update records and documentation relating to sales administration and sales reports
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned
