SUMMARY LionsBot is looking for a strong individual to handle enquires and ensure smooth sale transaction. This role will drive internal efficiencies and coordination between different departments. Must be passionate about serving and supporting internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Handle sales inquiries and other marketing-generated leads come from a variety of sources that need to be regularly monitored (i.e. email boxes, phone inquiries, social media, web forms, event marketing, etc.) Handle internal and external coordination of operational sales backend support Supporting sales team in their day-to-day scopes Be aware of ongoing export orders and ensure hiccups resolved Partner with sales team to service client accounts and fulfill project deliverables Process sales orders, arrange for freight forwarders and liaise with customers Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure deliveries are smooth Generate delivery orders and invoicing to our customers Strong follow-up to ensure customers make payments within credit terms Skills, Qualifications, Education Requirements and Etc. Recognized Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent At least 2 years experience in Sales Support Able to think strategically. Strong client facing and communication skills Able to multitask and prioritise deadlines well
