Are you passionate about providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment? Evac Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support Coordinator. As a pivotal part of our organization, you\'ll play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Team and ensuring seamless coordination of sales-related activities.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to facilitate various sales-related activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipping documents and invoices.
- Promptly inform customers about any potential delays and arrange alternative delivery dates when necessary.
- Work hand-in-hand with our Logistics Department to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes for our customers.
- Diligently follow up with customers and keep them updated on delivery schedules.
- Handle email and phone inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Effectively coordinate shipping schedules to meet customer demands.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 year\'s relevant experience in a similar role.
- Forward-looking, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
