To provide customer service, build and maintain good customer relations, solve problems, attend to complaints and provide effective customer support, in order to achieve the best customer experience
To work closely with counterparts to ensure the best of service to our customers
To respond to customer enquiry and specifications timely
To provide technical assistance and advice, follow-up of quotations, negotiations, closing orders and customer liaison
Review technical documents and work together with sales managers to close sales
Provides technical assistance to clients relating to the design and use of products
Maintain good customer business relationship
Coordinate with regional partners
Requirements
Diploma in Chemical/ Engineering/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics discipline or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Good understanding in Mechanical Instrumentation & Controls or Valve Automation is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
