This role is to support division in maintaining the operational aspects of marketing budget and sales deduction
Timely processing of external invoices and expenses
Consolidate the monthly budget plan with the respective key account managers for budget planning and approval
Support team to ensure KPIs such as late creation of campaigns late payments are met
Assist part leader to provide guidance to sales support team members
Assist the business analyst to plan and marketing budget forecast into the system
Assist the business analyst to churn out business reports for management and to monitor and track
Skills and Qualifications
3~5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
Diploma/Degree, preferably related with business/business admin./accounting/finance
Experience in ERP(SAP) system(Marketing module) will be preferred
Proficient MS office skills(Excel)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in electronics products
