Job Description
:
- To support Sales Admin Dept in order processing and shipping matters.
- Monitor trucks readiness and liaise with customers to issue shipping instruction to factories and forwarders.
- Work closely with customers, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely
- shipment and delivery.
- Perform order processing duties.
- Swift response to customers and shipment enquiries.
- Recording of orders and shipments..
- Up to date documentation filing
- Monthly statistics report and quarterly shipment forecast
- O Level with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Material Handling Equipments or Heavy Machineries industry.
- Good knowledge and familiar with shipping term, shipping documentation, L/C preparation and negotiation, application of Certificate Of Origin and Marine Insurance.
- Working hour : Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
- Work place :Loyang
- Basic Pay : $2800 ~ $3100
