About Our Client
Our client is a Swedish organization listed within the European market. The team focuses on marine and naval architecture products with a regional presence.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide administrative support.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts as needed.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare and maintain sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to support sales activities.
- About 2 years of Sales Support Experience ideally in a marine organization
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
