Job Description





Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers on all customers\' enquiries, updates and schedules
  • Attend to incoming customers\' calls and emails
  • Attend to customers\' enquiries and follow up with customers
  • Provide post-sales support to customers
  • Preparation of reports and analysis
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Ability to start work within short notice will be ideal
  • Flexible working arrangement available
