Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join our team. This role involves supporting the sales team with daily operations, including preparing sales materials, tracking sales performance, and coordinating with various internal departments. The position is based in Singapore, with some flexibility for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in preparing sales collateral and presentations.
Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
