Job Title: Sales Support Executive
Industry: Wholesale / Distribution / Trading
Salary: SGD 2800 - 3500

Our client is a pioneer of engineering plastics and global company that has continued to support manufacturing around the world
:
- Coordinate daily operations and logistics support, assisting and support sales personnel on customer orders and enquiries- Process Sales Order and generate Tax Invoice- Process Purchase Order- Manage shipping documents from HQ, get approval, photocopy documents for filing and dispatch documents to customers by courier- Prepare shipping document and & present ( L/C shipment ) to bank for negotiation- Correspond with customer and update on order status and shipping arrangement- Liaise with suppliers on order fulfillment and shipping arrangement- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the company from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a GCEO/Diploma/Degree in any field- Having 2-3 years of relevant experience with experience in shipping and logistics support is preferable- Basic understanding of Letter of Credit (L/C)- Familiar with SAP system- Good verbal and communication skills- Able to work in a fast pace environment- Good interpersonal skills, able to multi-tasks- Candidate able to commence at short notice will be favored
Compensation:
- Work location: Central region- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 530pm- Transport allowance- AWS Entitlement- Variable bonus- Entitled for Annual Leave- Medical and hospitalization benefits
