Sales Support Executive (up To $5k)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Work in an international environment with interdisciplinary teams to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction.
- Process orders from our customers for products to be imported from production facilities
- Respond to customer enquiries, order status and shipping documents and engage with service providers in Japan such as clearing agent and transport companies.
- Participate in local production projects in Japan, liaising with our production partner to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Collaborate with finance team in Singapore to process invoicing of orders.
- Assist in maintain sales forecasts and yearly budgeting process
- Minimum Diploma in business administration or any other relevant field
- 1-2 years relevant experience as a business admin/team assistant
- Proficient in JAPANESE LANGUAGE with certification of JLPT - N1 to read and support documents in JAPANESE LANGUAGE and to work with JAPANESE colleagues
- Prior experience within logistic operations/sales support role is advantageous
