• Conduct research on merchant brands to gather relevant information for the Sales team
• Build Virtual Lounges (VL) based on standard requirements, including promotions or sets, signature items, and profiles of chefs/sommeliers
• Set up Rewards Programs tailored to merchant\'s needs

After-Sales

• Refine Virtual Lounges and Rewards Programs
• Design and set up collaterals based on guidelines/templates
• Liaise with vendors for printing and production of collaterals
• Deploy marketing materials and hardware at restaurant locations
• Set up and arrange delivery of hardware to restaurants

Who we\'re looking for

• Highly disciplined, have a strong sense of responsibility and a drive to succeed as a team
• Ability to command an audience during deployments and training sessions at restaurant premises
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new software
• Meticulous and attention to details
• Driven, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to support restaurant partners
• Able to commit at least 3 months on a full-time basis
• Eligibility to work or commit to an internship in Singapore as the company is not able to sponsor work visas for overseas candidates
