Sales Support Manager

Job Description

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:



Oversee daily operations of the Sales Support department, leading a team of 6-7 staff Build and maintain key customer relationships and gather market intelligence Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations and Finance departments to ensure customer requirements are met Develop and maintain relationships with overseas agents Collaborate closely with Management to identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and growth Contribute ideas on process improvements and implementation of related improvements

Requirements:



Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, sales support or customer service role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry Proven leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
