Sales Support Officer

Job Description
:Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and process quotes, and other sales-related paperwork. (Airfreight /
- Preparing reports on a weekly/or monthly basis.
- Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Airfreight / Seafreight /
- Coordinate with internal teams such as outdoor sales, operation, finance, and
- Work alongside with outdoor sales with generating new business and maintaining
- Optimistic, Positive and Proactive.
- Effective communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Keen to make an effort and pursue areas of improvement.
- Able to cope and work under pressure or overtime if required.
- Able to perform independently or connect well in a team player environment.
- General knowledge on excel format if any.
- Relevant experience and knowledge in customer service/freight forwarding industry
