We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Officer to join our dynamic sales team. You will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative, logistical, and technical assistance, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing sales efficiency. This is a rewarding opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
  • Process sales orders, track customer information, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with lead generation and qualification activities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company\'s products and services.
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • At least Diploma or equivalent qualification.
