Sales Support Officer / Executive
Job Description
Quote and secure new business (from new customers or increased share from existing customers)
Liaise with customers on air/sea import/export shipment instructions
Coordinate with internal CS/Ops teams and vendors to execute shipments
Resolve problems when they crop up (rare but sometimes will happen at night / weekends)
Build and maintain key customer relationships and gather market information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
