Job Description

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, your role as the Sales Support Executive will involve management of the regional bid process to support the wider Sales team's strategic focus of winning new business, maximising current strategic accounts and driving innovation. You will also have a pivotal role by contributing to sales performance reporting and forecast, updating and continuously improving sales collaterals and proposals, conducting specific sales processes tasks and collecting market intelligence.

You will also have a pivotal role by contributing to sales performance reporting and forecast, updating and continuously improving sales collaterals and proposals, conducting specific sales processes tasks and collecting market intelligence.
This is an internal Adecco role
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the tender process with new clients including writing it in a professional manner, following all corporate and industry guidelines and governance of the entire process
You would also play an advisory role to stakeholders in interpretation of the clients' needs and requirements, and any potential risks to the business
Ensuring all tenders are presented in a professional manner in accordance with the corporate presentation guidelines
Identify new opportunities for tenders and bids for the business, qualify them with the Sales Managers and ensure the process is managed and deliver it within tight deadlines
Set transition plans for the implementation teams as well as service delivery guidelines
Ensure the service delivery is done to the highest standards for clients and candidates
Contribute to regular sales performance reporting and forecasts
Continuously improve and update sales collaterals and standardize proposals
Conduct specific sales processes tasks
Collect market intelligence
Pre-requisties
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified or equivalent and needs to have good experience in the tender management/sales support process in a multinational environment
You should be able to manage projects independently and should have proven track record in development of complex business solutions
Experience in an international business environment and the ability to communication fluently in English with various stakeholders (Internal & external) is very essential for this position
You must be highly detail oriented, must have excellent writing skills and the ability work under stringent and tight deadlines
You should be customer focused and come with sound project management skills
Should have knowledge of pricing as well as sales techniques
You should have sound analytical skills and be able to present data in a clear and structure manner
You should be organized and able to follow processes
To be successful in this role, you need to extremely meticulous, responsible and have experience with Microsoft Packages, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project
