Adecco is partnering with a renowned industry frontrunner in adhesive technology for the manufacturing industry, and we\'re on the lookout for a Sales Support. In this role, you\'ll oversee the complete order processing cycle, ensuring seamless fulfillment of customer orders from start to finish.The Job:
Process and monitor all customers\' sales orders.
Coordinate and oversee all purchase orders from headquarters.
Administer import/export activities within the order processing workflow.
Ensure proper records of all data from the order processing workflow into the ERP system.
Conduct inventory checks, track equipment due dates and ensure compliance with agreements.
Review vendor invoices and prepare supporting documents for payment summaries.
Ensure prompt payment remittance by effectively managing outstanding balances to maintain healthy financial relationships.
Maintain and update the inventory list, overseeing write-offs as needed.
Provide essential support for audit processes by promptly submitting required documentation.
The Talent:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales support and order processing.
Relevant experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable will be advantageous.
