Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Work location: Jurong East
- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Up to $4,200, AWS & Variable Bonus
- Process and monitor all customers\' sales orders.
- Coordinate and oversee all purchase orders from headquarters.
- Administer import/export activities within the order processing workflow.
- Ensure proper records of all data from the order processing workflow into the ERP system.
- Conduct inventory checks, track equipment due dates and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Review vendor invoices and prepare supporting documents for payment summaries.
- Ensure prompt payment remittance by effectively managing outstanding balances to maintain healthy financial relationships.
- Maintain and update the inventory list, overseeing write-offs as needed.
- Provide essential support for audit processes by promptly submitting required documentation.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales support and order processing.
- Relevant experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable will be advantageous.
