Job Description
Providing sales support to subsidiary companies by coordinating matters relating to Migrant Domestic Workers. 3 Months Contract Position (Extendable/Convertible to Permanent Position based on Performance).
Work location: Ubi
Working hours: 9am to 6pm
Salary range: $1,800 to $2,300 Job Scope
- Checking of company tracksheets and communications
- Coordinating appointments and counselling sessions
- Collecting and liaising payments
- Purchasing of insurance for migrant domestic workers
- Applying of work pass and arrival card for migrant domestic workers
- Coordinating the flight details of migrant domestic workers
- Coordinating the arrival of migrant domestic workers
- Coordinating SIP, medical, and thumbprint
- Handling complains/returns and emergency cases
- Must be willing to work 5.5 days per week
- No experience required. Training will be provided.
- Sales experience will be advantageous
- Meticulous and thorough attention to detail
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to communicate effectively and listen actively
