Job Description


Position : Sales Support Specialist Location : Orchard Working hours : 5 days a week; Mon- Fri, 9:30am to 6:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Create and process sales contract, letter of credit, invoice issuance, and other sales-related documents in a timely manner;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any problems concerning documentation and sales-related activities;
  • Uphold requirements of MSC & BRC certification or any relevant certification issuance;
  • Processing of paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and updating entries with regards to sale figures, metrics, and other key data on the system;
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales figures/ provide information for marketing materials;
  • Assist Sales Executive/Manager to follow up with clients for administrative purposes;
  • Review pending contracts, account status, and relevant problems;
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in any discipline
  • Organized, good coordination & follow-up skills.
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Entry-level & Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
