Sale Support Specialist

Headquartered in Singapore, our client is a regional start up with award-winning innovative products and services. They are poised to grow rapidly in South-east Asia and are seeking like-minded talent to join them.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Attend to customers including (not limited to) handling of various support channels, after-sales service and advertising operations on app and web.
• Respond to general enquiries via multi-channels such as messaging platforms, email and phone.
• Data extraction, cleansing, analysis, and various report creations on a consistent, deadline driven basis.
• Maintain SOPs, and filing
• Assist with marketing related activities when necessary e.g. Events, flyers/tissue distributions, user onboarding sessions etc

• An ability to manage customers\' needs and solve issues encountered proactively with your fellow team members.
• The skill to prioritise, multi-task and follow-up with an eye for detail.
• A good grasp of operating devices such as Laptops & Mobile phones to assist with the technical troubleshooting of our app with customers
• A level of independence, curiosity, and open- minded attitude. Self-starter mentality is a value add.
• Strong communication skills to handle customers from all walks of life as well as collaborate with peers in various departments.
• Comfortable with using online apps and tools such as GSuite, Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, JIRA, and Trello.
• Some prior experience in customer service is preferred.
• Prior digital ad operations experience is a plus.
• Literacy in written and spoken Chinese is a must as there will be some documentation and communication with Mandarin speaking customers.
