We are looking for an experienced Sales Support or Sales Operations Specialist to join our Filtration team based in Singapore in the position of Regional Sales Specialist, South-East Asia. This position supports the sales and marketing team through reporting, system administration and internal & external data analysis. The successful applicant should be able to perform the role requirements under limited supervision.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Consolidates and distributes sales reports where reporting tasks are repetitive and well documented.
• Gathers and consolidates data from stakeholders through existing templates and provides as forecasting input.
• Runs repetitive and ad-hoc tasks using established systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Portal).
• Periodically reviews the user-entered data hosted on the systems to ensure compliance.
• Coordination of sales contracts, agreements, and other documents to strict timelines
• Research assigned opportunities through secondary research, compiles, and shares findings.
• Compiles relevant competitive data from varying sources.
• Conducts internal sales analysis (e.g., variances, projections, costing, bundling) where the tasks are well documented.
• Supports the marketing team by coordinating customer events, training webinars and programs.
• Managing the marketing budget for items such as product literature, merchandise, and customer events within the region

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Experience in sales and/or marketing administration coordination within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and effectively communicate ideas and influence others to secure commitment and desirable outcomes.
• Action oriented with a desire to achieve positive results.
• Strong in Communication Skills and good time management
• B2B experience will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Oracle or Salesforce will be an advantage.
• Ability to cope with strict deadlines.
