Sales Support/coordinator (foodservice)

Job Description


Description We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to join our Foodservice team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about orders, deliveries and provide support to the sales representatives. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has knowledge of customer service best practices to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Processing orders via email/phone/ordering App
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer products queries and obtain information
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Accounts teams
  • Coordinate with sales, drivers, supply & logistic teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Prepare daily/monthly sales report and other ad-hoc reporting when required
  • Filing of invoices (monthly payment customers)
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A positive and cheerful personality
  • Prefer candidates who are able to start work immediately or within short notice
