Job Description
Job Title: SALES SUPPORT(ID3290) Location: Boon Lay Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:45pm Salary: $2600-$3000 s :
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Respond to complaints from customer and give after-sales support when requested.
- Able to understand basic engineering drawing.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Monitor the team\xe2\x80\x99s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Assist in preparing costing sheet and official quotation.
- Ensure adherence to law and policies.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be consider a plus.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
