As a Sales Team Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to a team of customer managers and sales specialists to help identify and develop digital sales opportunities across your portfolio. You leverage your exceptional knowledge of Telstra’s products, services and solutions with your digital sales leadership to ensure your team has the right level of skills, knowledge and customer engagement required to deliver on sales, revenue and customer relationship (e.g., NPS) targets. Your leadership, coaching and strategic sales skills are what make you successful in this role, and directly impact the growth of Telstra’s revenue.
