This is a sales and team manager role
Assist in team management and coaching duties assisting Sales Director
Make outbound cold calls to prospect new leads, and sales calls to assigned customers to reach sales goals.
Serve as primary contact between all sales channels, customers and internal department.
Creatively and independently solve problems to achieve sales and customers objectives.
Develop and report competitive information on market conditions, account potential, industry trends and sales strategies.
Proactiveness to develop and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
Travel local and abroad to meet key customers face to face as needed.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
