JOB TITLE : SALES TECHNICAL SUPPORT (SINGAPORE)Job Responsibilities:
Direct communications on technical aspects of a project with both vendors and customers from beginning to end.
Review vendor and client documents, data and drawings for proper valve selection.
Verification and proper understanding of customer requests & technical requirements or issues, providing necessary support or assign the right resources to provide resolution.
Attending pre-bid meetings, putting together technical bid documents and technical reports.
Liaising with external partners.
Assist in project team during planning and execution.
Providing technical support on sales during negotiation, bidding stage and after market service.
Assist in technical sizing.
Provide product knowledge transfer/training to company and customer personnel.
Assist in troubleshooting during project phase.
Travel for site visits, bid opening or client meetings and provide service/troubleshooting advise where required.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any field of engineering, preferably Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical/Chemical
Have a minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the same field.
Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
Having good communication skills.
Teamwork and able to complete tasks properly and on time.
Strong problem solving with good judgment and sense of urgency.
Have integrity, discipline, responsible manner, creativity, and critical thinking.
Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fast-paced work demand
