JOB TITLE : SALES TECHNICAL SUPPORT (SINGAPORE)Job Responsibilities:

• Direct communications on technical aspects of a project with both vendors and customers from beginning to end.
• Review vendor and client documents, data and drawings for proper valve selection.
• Verification and proper understanding of customer requests & technical requirements or issues, providing necessary support or assign the right resources to provide resolution.
• Attending pre-bid meetings, putting together technical bid documents and technical reports.
• Liaising with external partners.
• Assist in project team during planning and execution.
• Providing technical support on sales during negotiation, bidding stage and after market service.
• Assist in technical sizing.
• Provide product knowledge transfer/training to company and customer personnel.
• Assist in troubleshooting during project phase.
• Travel for site visits, bid opening or client meetings and provide service/troubleshooting advise where required.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any field of engineering, preferably Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical/Chemical
• Have a minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the same field.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Having good communication skills.
• Teamwork and able to complete tasks properly and on time.
• Strong problem solving with good judgment and sense of urgency.
• Have integrity, discipline, responsible manner, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fast-paced work demand
