Qualifications- A Graduate of Marketing or any Business-Related Course- Excellent Communication Skills- With experience with the related field- Preferably from the Automotive IndustryDuties and Responsibilities- Create Training Programs to address talent and skill gaps in the employees- Prepare learning Materials for programs- Develop on boarding programs for new employees- Conduct Evaluation for new employees' performance to gauge where skills are lacking and for optimization of strengthsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to Php25,000.00 per monthBenefits:
