Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Min 10 years of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Candidate must demonstrate extensive experience in designing solutions on Salesforce Sales, Marketing and Service Cloud.
• Demonstrate leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment especially Agile Method.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end implementation with Salesforce platform and responsible for the Functional design and architecture
• Designing and Solutioning with high-performance, reusable, and reliable approach
• Working with the team for delivering the requirements. Clear understanding of the customer service processes including Cross Channel service, Case Management, Real-time Interaction etc.
• Understanding of the Sales and Service Cloud data model
• Experience in analysing client business needs and present end to end functional solution
• Outstanding communication skills, ability to interact and make client understand the Salesforce solution.
• Ability to come up with alternate solutions/thought processes when presented with a complex technical/functional scenario
• Provide Guidance to Development team to Create and maintain end to end process related to Sales and Service and channel integration - email, direct mail, SMS, call center, web etc.
• Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behaviour.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good delegation and time management skills with problem-solving abilities.
