Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities:

  • Offers best practice advice and recommendations to clients often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy
  • Leads technical requirements gathering or design workshops to derive the envisioned solution along with detailed architecture design and technical specifications
  • Provides Salesforce architecture design expertise in integrating the Salesforce solution to client\xe2\x80\x99s ecosystems
  • Provide Solution Blueprinting, mapping Salesforce features to Business requirements. In line with the 80:20 rule.
  • Provide technical governance and risk management during presales and delivery
  • Develop creative solutions that solve our client\xe2\x80\x99s business and technical problems
  • Leads and facilitates project delivery to define business, functional, and technical requirements
  • Capable of defining business processes using CRM & SFDC best practices
  • Develops data integration, data migration and DevOps deployment strategies
  • Provide coaching and establishing standards to development team during the implementation phase
  • Preparation of Demonstration, orchestrating Proof of Concepts and benefit realization
  • Manages direct reports and mentors junior team members
  • Engagement with clients\xe2\x80\x99 stakeholders to understand their needs, provide meaningful solutions and build strong relationships to be the trusted partner
  • Perform solution effort sizing and define delivery plan
  • Assess, advocate for and approve external technologies, such as Salesforce AppExchange packages, for their suitability
  • Engage in practice development initiatives and runs knowledge sharing forum
  • Identify and develop employee skill matrix on technology, industry and soft skills to cater for the pipeline demand
  • Proactive problem solving skills and ability to suggest trade off on solutions between OOTB and custom code
  • Identify and work on the Account Mining activities to generate more revenue

Requirements:
  • 8 to 10 years of practical experience in presales and execution of medium and large-scale Salesforce implementation and support projects
  • Rapid comprehension of client\xe2\x80\x99s system architecture to provide an envisioned future technology stack via roadmap
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Core Cloud and AppExchange solution
  • Wide knowledge of Customer Engagement solution on various industries
  • Salesforce Architect & MuleSoft certifications
  • Excellent communication skill in customer interaction, presentation, story-telling and engagement skills
  • Excellent technical writing skills in solution illustration, proposal and contract writing
  • Excellent team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in articulation of complex problems and solutions in a simple, visual and impactful manner
  • Experience working in an IT services/consulting firm is highly preferred
  • Experience with Data modelling, SQL, integration with Web Services (SOAP / REST / XML)) WS-* stack and WSDL are added advantage to support user testing
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce Sharing Security: Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Record Visibility etc
  • Excellent understanding of the Salesforce development and deployment lifecycles: Sandboxes, Licenses, Deployment tools, SFDX, etc
  • In-depth knowledge of software development fundamentals such as: knowledge of data structures, object-oriented programming, relational database design, and design patterns
  • In-depth knowledge to Web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, HTML, XML are added advantage
  • Proven leadership ability to build, manage and foster a team-orientated environment
