Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon to Fri (9 am - 6 pm), Sat (9 am - 1 pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Claim + Commission

Key Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate hardware goods and materials.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide information about products, such as their features, benefits, and cost.
Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements.
Process sales orders and arrange delivery of goods.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor market conditions, competitors\' products, and prices to understand customers\' specific needs.
Review and manage personal sales goals on a regular basis and strive to meet or exceed them.
Attend trade shows and sales events as needed.
Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
