Job Description

• Position: Specification cum Sales Executive (MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE)
• Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park (Office)
• Working Hours: 5.25 Work Week | Mondays to Fridays 8:30am to 5:30pm AND alternate Saturdays 8:30am to 12:30pm
• Salary (Commensurate with experience): Basic Salary up to $4,200 + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS (can be up to $3,000 or more/month) + Annual Leaves + $1,200/month transport allowance (MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE) + Company Phone will be provided + AWS + Performance Bonus (Up to 2 months)
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Interior Design Products

Responsibilities:

• Visitation of Clients (eg. Architects, Consultants ID, Fitment Contractors, showrooms and carpenters etc)
• Cold calling of the above from time to time, as you will need to meet the Company\'s KPI of visits and establish new customers per month
• To perform Sales duties and collect payment from customers/clients
• Updating of company data base by keying in CRM
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in relevant studies
• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience - Product training will be given
• Must have own vehicle - Allowance of $1,200 will be given
• Must be bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients/customers
