Job Description
Greeting clients, providing refreshments, and helping to maintain the salon appearance \xe2\x80\x93 ensuring the salon is prepared and presented to the highest standard
- Front-desk duties, including answering calls & enquiries, booking and moving appointments
- Assisting Stylists and Technicians with client services
- Shampooing and conditioning the client\xe2\x80\x99s hair, applying hair treatments and head massages
- Attending formal in-house training sessions as required
- Assist with completing stock orders and frequently check for product inventory
- Ensuring all clients are attended to while upholding the TONI&GUY brand and guidelines at all times
- Educate clients about the existing services that are available at TONI&GUY
- Provide recommendations for products to clients at the salon
- Impeccable grooming and an impressive telephone manner
- Excellent prioritization skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask between different tasks at hand while working under pressure during busy periods
- You must be passionate about the hairdressing industry and keen to learn from experienced stylists and technicians
- Stay ahead of hairdressing trends and continually striving to grow
- Minimum 1 year in the hairdressing industry
