We are seeking a visionary Salon Director to lead and elevate our premium beauty services. This senior role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving service excellence across hair, beauty, and wellness offerings.





Key Responsibilities:





Lead and supervise salon operations and service teams Develop and implement SOPs for hygiene, customer service, and technical procedures Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction Plan marketing strategies and service packages to grow client base Monitor inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control Ensure compliance with NEA, MOM, and industry regulations Report directly to business owner on performance and growth plans




Requirements:





Minimum 5 years of experience in salon or beauty industry leadership Proven ability to manage teams and deliver excellent customer service Strong knowledge of hair, beauty, or aesthetics services Diploma or certification in beauty, hairdressing, or salon management preferred * International experience or luxury salon background is a plus
