Job Description

Responsibilities:

Planning, coordinating, and managing all major sandfill works and onshore discharge operations. Leading and managing the sandfill crew and all related equipment to ensure optimum resource utilization. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing direction to foremen, operators, and pipefitters. Ensuring all equipment, such as pipes and pumps, is clean, in good working order, and properly utilized. Implementing safety policies and procedures to create a healthy work environment and ensure the team adheres to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and regulations. Communicating and coordinating with the dredging team, site engineers, and superintendents on routine work activities and project requirements. Generating production reports and maintaining detailed records of all sandfill-related activities. Conducting site inspections to verify and prepare the area for sandfill execution based on design specifications.

Requirements:

Requires min 10 years of experience in sandfill operations, dredging, or marine construction. Strong knowledge of dredging and land reclamation techniques and offshore construction. Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage personnel from different cultural backgrounds. Must be physically and mentally fit for long-duration duties and challenging working conditions. * Work Location will be based in Changi.
