Job Description

You will be responsible for the administration of SAP R/3 and S/4 systems throughout Southeast Asia, Oceania and India landscape, that includes user provisioning, authorization management, maintenance planning and execution, monitoring and first level support.

Description

• Provide support and assist SAP implementations, projects, updates and upgrades both on system and databases.
• Ensure smooth service request execution and uphold project plan and timelines by working closely with various teams.
• Analyze and optimize application and database performances.
• Work closely with IT Infrastructure, IT Security teams and SAP and project related departments changes and implementation to the landscape to ensure best practice implementation and adherence to the global strategies.
• Look into and troubleshoot SAP Basis related issues.
• Monitoring of the complete landscape, including execution of incident handling, troubleshooting, testing, escalation and coordination of all relevant parties.
• First and Second level support contact for SAP related issues within the SEAOIN region as well as operating and managing of service request tools and platforms.

• Ideally you have Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related subjects.
• SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Basis certification.
• Familiarity around project management tools such are Confluence, JIRA, MS Offices.
• At least 3 years of experience with SAP Basis and Administration and have worked with SAP modules in S/4 environments.
