• Act as the interface between Business and IT, plan, design, configure and implement effective business and system solutions, identify opportunities for improvement, train the SAP key users, participate actively to SAP Projects and solve complex issues.
• Requirement gathering of new initiatives and business needs and documenting as-is business process accordingly
• Studying the Business Process (AS-IS) and mapping (TO-BE) Business Prcoess
• Experience in understanding the current configuration as well as leading the new implementation/change requests
• Implementation of new S/4 platform from Fit/Gap workshops to Post Go Live activities
• Provide knowledge transfer to colleagues about new implemented solutions
• Create or update program functional specifications with test cases for developers and follow-up progress of development
• Create project documentation, training materials and unit acceptance testing scenarios

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in SAP CS and/or SD/MM
• Should have at least 3 years experience of End-to-End SAP Implementations and/or worked for International Projects
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA environment is a must
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Good knowledge of logistic processes and/or CS processes which should include implementation, support, design, training and configuration

Professional requirements

• Good knowledge of ABAP programming/debug
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor of Computer Science, IT or similar qualification and/or relevant experience
• Certificates or training in SAP S/4 HANA is a plus

Languages

• Fluent in English
• Any other Asia languages will be an asset
