4 July 2024The support consultant is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of the financial modules within the SAP system. The primary areas of focus include Accounts Payable, Procurement to Pay, payment instruction to bank, bank statement processing, treasury, vendor business partner management and analysis.Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting or Business IT with at least 3-5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant;
• Proven expertise in SAP FICO modules, including Accounts Payable, Procurement to Pay, bank statement processing, bank payment instructions, treasury, and vendor management;
• Global SAP implementation experience in FICO and Treasury;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Experience in project management and implementation methodologies;
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Familiarity with the latest SAP FICO updates and industry best practices;

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience with Kyriba Treasury functions;
• SAP FICO certification or relevant SAP modules;

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP FICO modules, focusing on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Controlling, and Treasury;
• Translate business needs into effective SAP FICO system configurations;
• Perform detailed testing to verify the functionality and accuracy of the FICO modules;
• Support accounts payable activities, including vendor master data management, invoice handling, and payment processing;
• Handle the entire Procurement to Pay process, from purchase requisitions and orders to invoice management and payment;
• Implement SAP Treasury functionalities and integrate payment systems with banks;
• Set up and manage bank statement processing, ensuring accurate transaction reconciliation;
• Troubleshoot issues with bank payment instructions and ensure compliance with financial institution requirements;
• Manage the vendor lifecycle, including creation, maintenance, and performance evaluation;
• Develop financial reports and analyses to aid decision-making.
