Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a SAP FICO / SAP MM Consultant in IBM, You will:

• Be responsible for handling service requests and system troubleshooting and gather user requirements for change requests
• Understand ERP concept among the other modules
• Investigate, analyse business requirements and propose solutions to clients
• Create program functional specifications for developers
• Create test scenarios and test scripts and perform testing for changes
• Perform testing on new functionalities
• Conduct user training and create training manuals
• Come up with ideas/proposals to expand the company’s business
• Provide support on SAP FICO / SAP MM module
• Some experience in ABAP preferred

About you:
You are someone we are looking for if you have the following technical expertise:

• SAP ECC6 or S/4 HANA Implementation and Support experience for at least 3 years.
• Must have good experience as a SAP Functional/Techno-functional Consultant or similar role.
• Hands on experience on FICO modules like AP, AR, GL, AA, CCA, IO and Funds and Grants Management, etc, / hands on experience on MM modules like Purchasing, Inventory management, etc.
• At least 3 years of experience with SAP FICO / SAP MM.
• Able to do simple ABAP programming and/or equip with debugging skills.

Desired Background:

• Diploma or Degree in relevant disciplines
• Strong Business Processes knowledge preferably in Public Sector.
• Heathcare experience will be added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP FICO or SAP MM functional experience with at least 2 cycles of end to end implementation experience.
• Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.
• Experience in system upgrade and migration an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problems solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
