SAP Finance Solution Architect.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

SAP Finance Solution Architect

to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end

SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions

across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep finance process expertise, strong solution architecture skills, and a background in working with

consulting firms or system integrators (SIs)

. This role will focus on

consulting and project delivery

, not just support, and will be key to driving business value through digital and finance transformation initiatives.

Must-Have Requirements:

15+ years of overall experience

, including at least

10 years in consulting or project delivery

(not limited to support roles). Minimum of

3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations

, with hands-on experience in solution design, configuration, and deployment. Deep knowledge of

SAP Finance modules

: FI (GL, AP, AR, AA), CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders), and integration with MM, SD, PS, and HR. Strong understanding of

integration aspects

with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Demonstrated experience working in

a consulting firm or system integrator (SI)

environment. Ability to lead design workshops, define solution roadmaps, and align technical solutions to business goals.

Good-to-Have Requirements:

Pre-sales experience

including proposal development, client presentations, and solutioning in RFP processes. Experience in

digital, systems, or finance transformation

programs. Exposure to Central Finance (cFIN), Group Reporting, and Treasury is an advantage. Understanding of emerging SAP technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, Fiori, AI/ML in Finance). Experience in Public Sector or Government Finance processes is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and design scalable, integrated SAP Finance solutions aligned to client business needs. Lead the finance workstream in large S/4HANA transformation projects. Conduct solution workshops, create blueprints, and own the finance architecture design. Ensure alignment with SAP best practices, compliance, and industry standards. Work closely with technical architects, developers, and functional consultants across modules. Provide strategic input on SAP roadmap, innovation, and optimization opportunities. Guide the delivery team throughout the implementation lifecycle - from design to deployment and support. Support business development, pre-sales, and proposal activities as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related discipline. SAP Certification in Finance (S/4HANA Financial Accounting or Controlling) preferred. Strong documentation, communication, and client engagement skills.
