SUMMARY

• The position is needed to have dedicated personnel assigned to support SAP users especially FICO.
• The SAP Functional Analyst will prioritize to resolve the reported issues and concern that will have impact to our client's day to day to day transactions.
• He/She will be responsible in the roll out and implementation of SAP in order companies and SBUs.
• The position is also relevant to complete the documentation of all system application development and implementation, e.g. functional design, blue printing and user's manual creation.

• Follow identified project management techniques in the course of gathering requirements, performing systems design, and coordinating tests and implementation activities.
• Assess and resolve SAP Functional issues and process problem situations in a responsive manner.
• Analyze, define and model business processes and recommend improvement strategies.
• Provide technical and functional support for SAP application modules.
• Provide assistance and training to users regarding SAP functionalities.
• Responsible in documentation concerning the implementation of complex system and processes to the SAP environment and recommend alternatives and solutions.
• Monitor the testing and evaluation of new versions and enhancements of the SAP system and related software.
• Ensure the integrity of SAP system change control and security practices relative to the SAP system environment.
• Perform post-implementation assessments and audits as assigned.
• Sustain SAP technical and functional knowledge through reviewing reference material, participation with SAP Champions, and through training opportunities.

• Graduate of BS Degree, Business Administration or Information System
• Experience in Accounting of Information Systems or related field.
• Working experience with SAP and its associated modules.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize project management techniques and skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advance Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
