Job Description
- Guide and advise leadership/stakeholders in maximizing technology investments and delivering tailored SAP solutions to address specific organizational needs.
- Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams/global IT teams to define project/functional change scopes/plans to deliver efficient application solutions and designs.
- Provide functional guidance, implement functional changes, and maintain solutions in SAP Applications requests, adhering to service level agreements and ensuring BU satisfaction.
- Develop and ensure compliance with IT Applications SAP policies, standards, best practices, and guidelines within implementation and delivery methodologies.
- Identify potential issues/gaps, drive resolution to minimize customer impact, and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computing/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in SAP ECC FICO, SD, PP, WM, EDI; familiarity with at least one or two of these modules.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP life cycle implementations.
- Proven ability to leverage information technology to solve business challenges.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
