Responsibilities:

• Provision of day-to-day SAP support and respond efficiently to end-user issues, inquiries and concerns in SAP B1.
• Perform investigation on issues by carrying out simulations on local or web-based machines.
• Provide technical support for end-user queries, customised print layouts and design of forms and reports.
• Providing input into the design of SAP enhancements and roll outs, offering sound advice and feedback.
• Developing a quality code and its associated documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies & company procedures.
• Gathering of user requirements to improve processes in SAP system.
• Conducting SAP user training for existing and new processes .
• Liaise with external helpdesk for escalation of further issues and customisation of add-on modules.

Requirements:

• Preferred at least 2-3 years' experience in providing support in SAP.
• Preferred Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office with expert level knowledge of Excel, and working knowledge of MS Access.
