Your Role and Responsibilities
As an IBM SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Project Manager, you will be responsible for directly manage the delivery of services to the Client from a managed service perspective. Manage the functional & technical resources of the delivery team in terms of managing both Client’s and IBM’s business requirements, planning required resources & their workloads. You are a trusted leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

  • Understand the SAP HCM/Success Factors functional modules such as Employee Central /OM, PA, Performance Mgt, Leaning, Payroll, Recruitment & Onbaording etc gained through a combination of program delivery / implementation and support
  • Manage stakeholders across the IT Services landscape regarding the implementation and operational support of the SAP HCM/SuccessFactors solution, with a particular focus on technical integration, including interfaces with the downstream applications
  • Collaborate client business process leads to develop process specific portfolios and demand plans for the required SAP HCM/SuccessFactors functional modules and take the prime responsibility for the delivery of service requests, maintenance requests and enhancement requests
  • Collaborate with the SAP HCM/SuccessFactors functional teams regarding the viability of business requirements and the potential impact upon the global template
  • Analyze requirements from the business and take appropriate steps to define action plans which are detailed, meaningful and set expectations appropriately with the business
  • Make an educated decision when it is appropriate to escalate, and use judgment and experience to determine the most effective course of action
  • Delivered SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Implementation projects (Change Requests) in a highly integrated, multi-application environment with multiple stakeholder.
  • Lead and govern end-to-end SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations, migrations, transformation projects using onshore, offshore and nearshore models.
  • Establish enterprise wide best-practices and IT thought leadership in Service Management, Service Integration and Management, Intelligent Automation Platform and Robotic Process Automation.
  • Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope

You are someone we are looking for if you have the following expertise:
  • Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations across all modules – Employee Central, PA,OM, Performance Management, Learning, Payroll, Recruitment, Onbaording, Compensation and etc.
  • Strong hands-on experience in complex delivery management activities in the delivery of complex IT services to customers
  • Significant experience of developing and managing portfolio plans and planning demand in line with business priorities
  • Hands-on experience in managing project resources and financials
  • ServiceNow experience from both an implementation and support perspective
  • Strong working in an Agile/DevOps environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
  • Mandatory ServiceNow certifications – Implementation Specialist in 2 or more of these modules – ITSM/HRSD/CSM/FSM/ITBM/Discovery/Service Mapping/GRC/SIR/PPM/Cloud Management

Desired Background
  • 8+ years of IT experience with Proven SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Product knowledge
  • 3-5 years of experience as a SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Project Manager with implementing and/or supporting On premise and/or SaaS/PaaS Solution on specific cloud architecture.
  • Preferably SAP HCM/Success Factor certified
  • Should have strong SAP HCM/SuccessFactor delivery experience
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
  • Ability to handle challenges, change and be open to it along with good time management and an able to work under stress
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Excellent Communication skills – ability to communicate at an executive level
