Overview:
Daily Sensory Laboratory operations \xe2\x80\x93 Support in sample collection, preparation, and panel operation of Raw material, finished product samples in accordance to documented testing methodology. Responsibilities:

• Sensory Laboratory operations \xe2\x80\x93 Support in sample collection, preparation, and panel operation of Raw material, finished product samples in accordance to documented testing methodology.
• Responsible for Sensory panel mgmt. include training, capability, and their performance monitoring.
• Ensure all instrumentation used in the testing of products are validated and calibrated to standard.
• Ensure all laboratory records are kept in accordance with the Company\'s protocol
• Support in Trouble shooting Non-Conformance sample issues with Sensory analyst and Lab supervisor.
• Analyse the data/trend, challenge non-value-added activities to streamline Sensory lab operations.
• Compile and report relevant KPI\'s monthly to Sensory analyst and Lab supervisor.
• Control sample and Liquids retain sample management (packing, storage, retrieving)
• Manage purchase of chemicals and consumables relevant to Lab operations.
• Adhere to PepsiCo Health and Safety requirements.
• Ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by Lab supervisor.

• 
  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (or) Bachelor\'s Degree, in Food Science or Equivalent.

• Computer literate

• 
  At least 3 years work experience in a relevant field.

• 
  System and operational knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 Sensory lab work Experience, SAP, LIMS systems and troubleshooting experience is an added advantage.

• An understanding of GMP/GLP and other key manufacturing processes
