19 April 2024We are seeking a SCADA Engineer to manage the Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system and distribution management systems applications.Mandatory Skill(s)

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics /Computer Science/Software Engineering;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in power software development;
• Familiar with basic power converter principles and control algorithms;
• Good understanding on how to apply instrumentation like Flow, Pressure, and Temperature from various manufacturers;
• Knowledge in programming languages such as C, C++ and Java;
• Knowledge on PLC program fundamentals;
• Knowledge in Solaris and Linux Operating System;
• Possess strong problem analysis and handling abilities;
• Good verbal and communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Experience working in Utilites domain

Responsibilities

• Manage the Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system and distribution management systems applications;
• Responsible for embedded software development of power products, including requirement analysis, functional design, and maintenance;
• Involved in enhancement of the software functionality and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability and performance;
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, enhancements, and fixes;
• Conduct power software debugging, optimize algorithms to reduce power module consumption for high-power power supplies;
• Develop power monitoring software and related protocols;
• Manage software code and perform code testing.
