Job Description
Requirement
- Deep knowledge of algorithms and data structure and how to apply them when designing and building systems
- Have 4 – 5 years’ experience of hands on development using SCALA
- Be a strong team player, believe in pair programming, have excellent communication & collaborative working skills
- Understand architecture and modeling and be able to actively participate in it
- Good communicator in English and writes well and is able to document clearly
- Has high energy and is able to be a fast learner to pick a new requirement and not afraid to ask questions to clarify
Responsibility
- Work using Scala to help deliver new features
- Experience within Scala development
- Understand and create complex algorithms, write concise code that can run at scale to build data driven features
- Be involved in daily huddles, make business suggestions and discuss on-going issues and how best to tackle them
- Work in a fast-paced working environment
- Pair with other engineers to help share and bounce fresh ideas
